The App

Texas Wedge Club is a fantasy golf app that lets you and your friends create private leagues, draft rosters of professional golfers, and track tournament scores. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a gambling, wagering, or betting service, and it does not facilitate the exchange of money. Any contests you run with your friends are your own and are your responsibility.

Free to use

The App is currently free to use. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and clearly disclose any pricing before you're charged.

Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with your email address via a one-time link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to it could request a sign-in link. Let us know right away if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Leagues, members, and your content

• When you create a league, you act as its commissioner and are responsible for the information you enter, including the members you invite.
• Only invite people you know and who are willing to participate. When you add someone by email, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to contact them.
• Content you enter — league names, team names, and the like — must not be unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing. We may remove content or leagues that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Do not use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our services or the third-party services it relies on.
• Do not use the App for unlawful betting or wagering, or in any way that violates applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend.

Scores and third-party data

Tournament scores and golfer information shown in the App come from a public third-party sports-data source. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.

No affiliation

Texas Wedge Club is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA TOUR, any golf tournament, any player, or any data provider. All trademarks and names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify real-world events for informational purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and standings will always be accurate or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay and Bridge Holdings LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the App is free, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
