What we never collect

What we do collect

Email address

We use your email address to sign you in. When you enter it, we send a one-time “magic link” — tap it and you're in, no password required. Your email also identifies you within your leagues and links you to the teams you draft.

League and draft data you create

To run your league, we store the things you and your commissioner set up: the league name, the tournaments you choose to play, the members you invite (their display names and email addresses), each person's drafted roster, and the resulting scores and standings. This information is visible to the members of your league so everyone can follow along.

💡 When you invite someone by email, please make sure they're happy to be added. Only invite people you actually know.

Push notification token

If you allow notifications, your device gives us a push token unique to your phone and our app. We store it so we can send league updates — draft reminders, round results, and final scores. You can turn notifications off any time in the app under Settings → Push notifications, or disable them entirely in your phone's system settings.

Tournament scores

Scores shown in the app come from a public sports-data source. This is information about professional golfers' tournament results — it is not your personal data, and we never send your information to that source.

Third-party services

Texas Wedge Club relies on these services to function. Each has its own privacy policy.

We share only the minimum data each service needs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone for any purpose.

Data retention

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@bayandbridgeholdings.com. We'll remove your account, your push token, and the personal data tied to you. Note that shared league history visible to other members may persist for the league's remaining members unless they delete the league.

Security

All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Access to your league data is enforced at the database level with row-level security, so you only see leagues you belong to. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you promptly.

Children

Texas Wedge Club is not designed for or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
