Terms of Use

The App

ArriveDry provides weather-aware route information and live weather monitoring along your travel route. ArriveDry is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for official weather, emergency, safety, or navigation systems. You are responsible for your own travel decisions. Always follow the rules of the road and your local laws.

Subscription, free trial, and auto-renewal

ArriveDry is offered as an auto-renewing subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By starting a subscription, you authorize the App Store or Google Play to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trial

• New subscribers may be offered a free trial period. The duration and price are shown to you on the in-app subscription screen before you confirm.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price displayed before purchase.
• Free trials are available only to new subscribers and are limited to one per Apple ID or Google account.

Recurring billing

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly) at the then-current price shown in the App Store or Google Play, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your payment method will be charged at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.
• Subscription prices may change. We will notify you of any price increase in advance through the App Store, Google Play, or the App itself, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

How to cancel

• iOS: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select ArriveDry → tap Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select ArriveDry → tap Cancel subscription.
• Canceling stops future renewals. You will keep access through the end of the current paid period (or, if canceling during a free trial, you may lose access immediately depending on platform policy).

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly. ArriveDry does not process refunds. You may request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the App in any way that would distract you from operating a vehicle safely. Mount your phone where it does not obstruct your view. Set your route before you start moving.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Do not use the App to scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from our services or third-party services it relies on.
• Do not attempt to bypass the subscription paywall or share an account with others in a way that exceeds reasonable personal use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Weather data is provided by third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every weather event along your route. Do not rely on the App alone for safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay and Bridge Holdings LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
